When applicable, equipment may be provided under a lending or comodato arrangement.

• The equipment remains the property of NeuAI
• The user is responsible for proper care and usage
• Loss, damage, or misuse may result in additional charges

4. Cancellation

• Subscriptions may be canceled according to plan conditions
• Contractual penalties may apply when specified
• Provided equipment must be returned within defined deadlines

5. Acceptable Use

• Users must use the services legally and responsibly
• Use for unlawful activities is strictly prohibited
• Attempts to reverse engineer or manipulate the system are forbidden

6. Limitation of Liability

NeuAI does not guarantee the absolute prevention of security incidents.

• The service functions as a security support tool
• External and unpredictable events may occur
• Users remain responsible for additional protective measures

7. Updates and Modifications

• Relevant changes may be communicated when applicable

8. Intellectual Property
